Le St-Antoine Cheddar

Le St-Antoine is a mild cheddar with herbs, garlic, and onion made by fromagerie Ile-aux-Grues in Quebec.  Previously I've tried out Cheddar Ile-aux-Grues. Will this fancified version cut the mustard?
